Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to start a return

Email us at ronanturkovich@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with return instructions and an address to send your item to.

Return shipping

Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if we covered it upfront) may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at ronanturkovich@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping in these cases and send a replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable items

Exchanges

We don't currently process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
